Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Female Candidate Preferred)

Company: Shriram Electronics – Godrej authorised service centre.

Job Overview:

We are an authorized service centre for Godrej Appliances, committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for a dedicated and responsible female candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role involves handling customer interactions, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely service completion

Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks

Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic queries efficiently

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidate preferred

Any educational qualification (Minimum: 10th/12th pass; Graduates are welcome)

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, data entry, etc.)

Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude

Experience:

Freshers are welcome

Prior experience in customer service or office work is an added advantage
