Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our solar products, and generating leads. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate and follow up on leads
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
