Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Perform accurate data entry and documentation.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Handle emails and internal communication.
Maintain files, invoices, and other business documents.
Coordinate with different departments for operational support.
Verify and process documents with accuracy.
Assist in preparing MIS reports.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Perform other administrative and back-office tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
