Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and process support.
Manage and maintain records related to import and export documentation.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and logistics partners for order processing and shipment updates.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of company records and documents.
Support sales and operations teams with data entry, reports, and coordination.
Follow up on pending documentation and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in Import and Export documentation or coordination.
Hindi communication is mandatory along with basic English communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
