Position: Back Office Executive
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Sales Head
Location: A/FF/2/3/4, Pushpak Estate, Gujarat Bottling Cross Road, Rakhial, Ahmedabad.
Experience: 3–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide back-office support to the inside sales team.
• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer data, leads, and sales records in CRM/ERP.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payments, and dispatch status.
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Skills & Requirements:
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inside sales and order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Education Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
