Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE to assist in office-based finance operations with coordination at project sites. The role involves supporting infrastructure and government-related finance processes, billing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day finance support activities with accuracy and consistency

• Maintain and update financial data using MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)

• Assist in billing, invoicing, and documentation for government and infrastructure projects

• Coordinate with site teams to collect financial and project-related information

• Handle routine and repetitive tasks while ensuring data accuracy

• Support finance processes related to government project compliance

• Organize records, reports, and financial documents systematically
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to handle routine and repetitive work efficiently

• Willingness to learn infrastructure and government finance processes

• Good coordination and communication skills
