1. Operations & Technician/Vendor Coordination (via CRM Software)

2. Customer Request Handling (Back-End Only)

3. CRM Management

4. Technician Onboarding & App Training

5. Data Entry & Reporting

6. Administrative Support

7. Handle internal communications via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.

Soft Skills

·       Strong communication in Hindi, English, and Odia (preferred).

·       Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.

·       Patience and clarity while training technicians.

·       Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.
