We have an immediate requirement for an SBI PAYMENTS

position in our Back-office Department.

Job Title: Back-office Executive

Department: Transaction Monitoring at SBIP, CO

Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday will be off

CTC offered: 22,221 (17,500 In-hand)

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Monitoring: Perform transaction monitoring activity through FRM. Ensure the suspicious transactions are shared with the concerned team to put on hold by the agreed time 3:00 am.

• Fraud Detection: Ad hoc investigation of suspicious/fraud Merchants.

• Dispute Management: Follow-up with Merchant, Sales, and Branches for resolution of Open/Reject/Risk Hold cases.

• Daily MIS and Reporting: Preparing a Weekly/Monthly dashboard on Transaction monitoring activity.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree.

- Age: below 30 years

- Experience: Fresher/Relevant experience up to 6 months in the Banking Industry

- Skills: MS Excel, email writing, good verbal and written communication

- ‎Preferably a Male candidate staying near Lower Parel

Mandatory skills:

MS Excel proficiency
