We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1 - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Prepare emails, documents, and reports
2 - Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams
3 - Manage client and vendor information
4 - Handle billing, quotations, and documentation support
5 - Maintain office files and records systematically
6 - Follow up on internal and external tasks
Required Skills:
1 - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
2 - Good communication skills in English and Hindi
3 - Strong organizational and time management skills
4 - Attention to detail and accuracy
5 - Ability to work in a team
