We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations by handling data management, documentation, and coordination activities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company records and databases
Handle data entry, verification, and updating of information
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Process invoices, bills, and basic financial records
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist in email handling and correspondence
Support HR and administrative functions as needed

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication skills
