We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
Manage documentation and filing systems
Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Monitor emails and respond to queries when required
Perform administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure data confidentiality and security
Support management with day-to-day office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic computer knowledge
Experience:
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in a similar role
Salary:
₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience)
