Job Responsibilities
Handle daily back office and administrative work
Maintain data entry, records, and documentation
Coordinate with clients and internal team regarding orders and updates
Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
Handle email communication and follow-up calls
Manage billing, filing, and office coordination work
Support production and sales team with required documentation
Maintain proper records of printing and publicity orders
Requirements
Basic computer knowledge
MS Excel & Email handling knowledge
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and responsible candidate preferred
