Hiring: Back Office Executive (Female Preferred)

Company: Rajgharana Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.

- Maintain booking records and customer data.

- Manage and update data in Microsoft Excel.

- Handle daily office documentation and filing.

- Assist in inventory and billing-related work.

- Support the sales team with reports and administrative tasks.

- Perform general data entry and office coordination.

Requirements:

- Female candidate preferred.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime is preferred.

- Good typing speed and computer skills.

- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.

- Prior back-office experience will be an advantage.

- Must have a two-wheeler for commuting, as public transport is not available in this area.
