Key Responsibilities
Handle travel-related documentation
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and transport partners
Maintain and update customer and booking records in systems
Prepare quotations, confirmations, and follow-up emails
Manage office records, files, and reports
Handle customer queries via email or phone (backend support)
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements & Skills
Experience as Back Office Executive / Admin
Basic knowledge of travel operations, bookings, and documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
