Job Responsibilities

· Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

· Follow up with existing and new customers.

· Manage leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, and other platforms.

· Prepare quotations and maintain customer records.

· Perform data entry and maintain Excel reports.

· Manage online business portals and update product listings.

· Coordinate with the sales and production teams.

· Basic office administration and documentation.

Required Qualification

· Diploma / Graduate / Engineering / Any Graduate

· Candidates from Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience

Skills Required

· Good communication skills

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)

· Knowledge of IndiaMART, TradeIndia, is an advantage.

· Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Salary

₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
