Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Accounting: Handle daily park billing and maintain accurate financial records.
Data Management: Maintain guest databases and daily operational reports.
Coordination: Assist in purchasing, vendor management, and inventory tracking.
Admin Support: Provide documentation and administrative support to the management team.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Basic knowledge of billing software or accounting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Previous experience in hospitality or parks is a plus.
