Role: Document Scanner Executive
Experience: 0-1 Years(Freshers also Can Apply)
Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi
Notice Period: Immediate
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Selection Process: 2 Round of Interview(Machine Test+F2F Interview)

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Document Scanner Executive to handle scanning, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital documents. The candidate should be comfortable working with scanners, computers, and document management processes while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities
Scan books using scanning machines.
Ensure scanned documents are clear, properly aligned, and complete.
Organize and save scanned files in the correct folders and formats.
Check document quality before and after scanning.
Follow company guidelines for data confidentiality and file management.

Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of scanners and document handling or Advanced Excel.
Basic understanding of PDF and image files.
Qualification
10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
