Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Search Process Specialist to perform comprehensive mortgage and property searches .This role involves verifying ownership, mortgage history, liens, and legal documents for properties, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with Florida state regulations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct full title and mortgage searches using tools like Netronline, Data Trace, DataTree, and TitlePoint, Restware and Value check. 

• Analyze property deeds, title reports, mortgage records, and liens to verify ownership and mortgage details. 

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports of search findings and update internal databases. 

• Ensure compliance with Florida’s property laws and mortgage regulations. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of property and mortgage data. 

Required Skills: 

• Proficiency with mortgage research tools (Netronline,Data Tree, Data Trace, TitlePoint Restware and Value check). 

• Strong understanding of property deeds, legal documents, and mortgage processes. 

• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in records. 

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
