Job Title: Loan Back-Office / DSA Credit Operations Executive

Location: [16th avenue, ashok nagar, Chennai -083
Job Profile & Responsibilities:
We are an All-Product Loan DSA dealing in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and LAP. We are looking for an experienced Back-Office Executive to manage our credit files.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Document Verification: Checking files collected by sales agents (Salary slips, Form 16, ITR, GST returns, Bank Statements).
2. Bank Portal Logins: Punching files accurately into multiple Bank and NBFC partner portals.
3. CIBIL Checking: Basic analysis of CIBIL reports before portal logging.
4. Bank Coordination: Daily follow-ups with Bank Credit Managers to clear login queries and push for faster Sanctions and Disbursements.
5. Payout Management: Tracking monthly disbursed files and maintaining commission data sheets.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of mandatory experience in Loan Operations, Banking Back-Office, or another Loan DSA.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, internet browsing, and bank portal usage. Must understand basic bank KYC rules.
- Language: Tamil and English.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
