
A Back Office Executive provides essential administrative, data, and operational support, working "behind the scenes" to ensure a company's smooth workflow, handling tasks like data entry, record-keeping, report generation, coordinating departments, managing documents (invoices, POs), and supporting front-office staff, requiring strong organizational, data management, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, update databases, and maintain digital/physical records.
Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks, manage supplies, schedule meetings, and support other teams (sales, front office).
Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports, presentations, and correspondence; manage files, invoices, and purchase orders.
Coordination: Liaise with different departments for seamless operations and resolve back-office issues.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
