We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience in handling customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective and existing students.
Counsel students on course offerings, batches, schedules, and learning pathways based on their requirements.
Provide timely support and resolve student queries to ensure a positive learning experience.
Guide students through the enrollment process and help them access their enrolled courses, learning platforms, and resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to address student concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and support activities.
Ensure compliance with the organization's policies, processes, and service standards.
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing student needs effectively.
