Job Description MIS executive- Mahindra Logistics -ECOM vertical Sl no Additional Roles & Responsibilities Brief 1 Data Management and reporting Accuracy Timely and accurate genration of reports to logistics operations 2 Process efficiency Streamlining and automating reporting process and reduce manual effort and errors 3 Complaince Documentation Ensuring proper documentation and adherance to company and regulatry standards 4 System Support maintaining and improving MIS toolssystems used for logiswtics data tracking and reporting 5 Tracking of Invoicing Invoicing Tracking and Customer MIS submission 6 Data Collection & Analysis Gather data from various logistics operations (inventory, dispatch, returns, etc.) Analyze data to identify trends, delays, or inefficiencies. 7 Report Preparation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (e.g., delivery TAT, vehicle utilization, warehouse productivity). Develop dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems. 8 Coordination Act as a liaison between IT, operations, and management for reporting needs 9 Support Audits Assist with internal/external audits by providing accurate and timely data.
