The Back Office Executive to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to ensure the MD’s office operates efficiently. The role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations
Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Maintain confidential records, documents, and company information
Assist in preparing MIS reports, business reviews, and board meeting materials
Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD
Coordinate with departments to gather information required by the MD
Handle phone calls, visitors, and official communications professionally
Support special projects and assignments as directed by the MD
