Job Title : Back Office Executive
Location : Kubadthal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Working Day : 6 Days
Gender : Male
Experince : 1 to 4 year
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily back-office and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Manage invoices, requisition notes, and other business documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, accounts, purchase, and production departments.
• Maintain records of inward and outward materials, wherever applicable.
• Follow up on pending documents, orders, and internal requirements.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other official communication.
• Assist management with routine administrative tasks and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and proper maintenance of records.
Key Skills:
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Strong data entry, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and a responsible work attitude.
