Roles & Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and internal documents.
Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and courier shipments.
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate with courier service providers for timely pickup and delivery.
Ensure confidential documents are handled securely and accurately.
Organize and maintain the mailroom to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist employees with mail and package-related queries.
Track undelivered or returned mail and resolve delivery issues.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for mail handling.
Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
