#Job Summary
We are seeking a Department Software Support Executive to provide software and backend operational support for departmental activities at OPGC. The candidate will be responsible for assisting users, maintaining software records, preparing reports, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day software operations.
#Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day software support to department users.
Maintain and update software records, data entries, and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue tracking and resolution.
Prepare MIS reports, documentation, and operational records.
Support users with login, data update, and basic troubleshooting activities.
Monitor software performance and escalate technical issues when required.
Ensure timely data management and record accuracy.
Handle email communication and maintain support logs.
Assist in departmental software-related activities and documentation.
#Required Skills
Basic knowledge of software support and backend operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain records and generate reports.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
#Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Computer knowledge is mandatory.
Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications or IT preferred.

Fresher and experienced candidates may apply.
Experience in software support or back office operations will be preferred.
