Key Responsibilities

· Product Tracking:

o Manage inward and outward product entries.

o Ensure timely updates in Busy / tally / Sap Software for all stock movements.

· Sales & Purchase Updates:

o Record and update all sales and purchase transactions in Busy Software.

o Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial entries.

· Courier & Dispatch Management:

o Track courier details until dispatch and receipt.

o Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery timelines.

· Shipment & Documentation:

o Monitor all shipments and maintain proper records.

o Prepare and update Challans and related documents.

o Ensure records are systematically maintained.

Required Skills

· Strong proficiency in Busy / tally / Sap Software and general computer applications (MS Office, Excel, Email).

· Ability to manage documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Skills for coordination.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, documentation, or inventory management.

· Hands-on experience in Busy / tally / Sap Software for product tracking, sales/purchase entries, and shipment records.

· Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
