Back Office Executive

We're hiring at Gift Nation for multiple openings: Backend Associate (Accounts + Client Coordination)

Location: Wilson Garden, Bangalore (In-office)

Salary/Stipend: Based on experience + incentives

We’re looking for a Backend Associate to join our team at Gift Nation. The role involves handling backend operations, basic accounts, client coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling and following up with clients and vendors
• Managing basic accounts and maintaining records
• Handling invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking
• Coordinating over email and WhatsApp for orders and updates
• Maintaining Excel/Google Sheet trackers and MIS
• Supporting operations and sales teams with backend coordination
• Assisting in quotations, purchase coordination, and documentation

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping
• Comfortable with client calls and follow-ups
• Kannada speaking preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
