We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The candidate will ensure smooth backend operations by maintaining accurate records and assisting different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update data in company systems and Excel sheets
Verify and process documents with high accuracy
Handle email coordination and internal communication
Generate reports and share updates with the team
Manage records (digital & physical) for easy access
Assist in administrative tasks and office coordination
Skills Required
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
Ability to manage multiple tasks
