Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, documentation, and processing timelines
Handle end-to-end visa processing including application forms, document verification, and submission
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/BLS, and authorized visa partners
Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, rejections, and pending cases
Ensure compliance with country-specific immigration rules and company SOPs
Follow up on visa application status and keep clients informed at every stage
Handle visa rejections professionally and guide clients on reapplication procedures
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow
Complete all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the HOD/HR in a timely and professional manner
Maintain confidentiality of client data and documents
Meet assigned targets and adhere to defined turnaround time (TAT)
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa processing
Strong knowledge of tourist and business visa procedures
Excellent documentation and attention to detail
Good communication and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
