We are hiring a Back Office Executive to manage backend operations including data entry, billing, stock updates, and vendor coordination. This is a full-time in-office role for candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable working on Google Sheets.
Daily data entry and backend record maintenance
Billing support and invoice-related updates
Stock update and inventory data management
Vendor management and follow-up coordination
Maintain accurate reports in Google Sheets
Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day operations
Basic to good knowledge of Google Sheets
Good accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage routine operational tasks on time
Organized and responsible work approach
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
