Job Title- Back Office Executive

Company Name- Envizn Labs

Company Registered Office Address: ECOSPACE BUSINESS PARK, Premises, Street Number 372, AA II, Newtown, Kolkata, Chakpachuria, West Bengal 700160. Tower 4A Awfis, Fifth floor.

Job Timings: 10.00am to 7.00pm|Monday to Saturday| 6 days’ work.

Salary: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 20,000 (Depending on the Performance).

Educational Requirement: 12th Pass or Any Graduation| Males and Females Both can apply.

Skills Requirement: No Predefined skills are necessary| Freshers Can apply.

Additional Info:

Handle support functions like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation, and maintain workflow accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams by Managing behind the scenes operations. Basic Excel| Fluent in English Speaking and Typing| Typing Speed >30WPM| Internet Surfing.

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.

· Generate qualified leads using tools like Linkedln, email campaigns, and cold outreach.

· Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to introduce services/products.

· Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on business requirements.

· Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.

· Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential business opportunities.

· Track and report lead generations performance and conversion metrics.

· Support marketing campaigns by collecting and nurturing prospective client data.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

· Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and interest.
