We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Back Office Executive. In this role, you will provide administrative and support services to ensure smooth internal operations and assist different departments with data management, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records.
Handle documentation, file management, and data entry with accuracy.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication.
Coordinate with front-office teams to support daily operations.
Manage e-mails, respond to queries, and route information to relevant departments.
Verify and process forms, applications, and paperwork.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and organizing files.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
