BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Position: Back Office Executive

Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹22,000 Per Month

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily back office operations and office-related activities.

Enter, update and maintain data in company systems.

Handle customer and company documents carefully.

Verify forms, applications and required documents.

Maintain records, files and reports in an organized manner.

Handle basic email communication and office correspondence.

Coordinate with internal teams for daily work requirements.

Follow up on pending documents and routine tasks.

Prepare daily and weekly reports as required.

Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Complete assigned work within the given deadlines.

Support the team in regular administrative activities.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Basic computer and MS Office knowledge preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic English reading and writing skills.

Ability to work in a team and manage daily responsibilities.

Candidates should be punctual, responsible and willing to learn.
