Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Back Office Executive to join our growing solar energy team. In this role, you will manage daily operational data, track project metrics, maintain accurate back-office documentation, and generate reports that support management decision-making. The ideal candidate has excellent advanced Excel skills and a knack for organizing fast-moving technical or project data.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Collect, clean, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data related to solar sales, stock inventory, and project installations.

Report Generation: Create accurate MIS reports, charts, and dashboards using advanced Excel features to support management in performance tracking.

Back Office Support: Update and maintain physical and digital records of customers, vendors, and vendor contracts.

Process Coordination: Coordinate across sales, operations, and technical teams to track and report timeline progress of ongoing solar installations.

Data Auditing: Regularly verify data accuracy, identify system discrepancies, and ensure absolute database confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
