Job Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day office coordination and documentation
Preparing quotations, reports, and maintaining records
Coordinating with customers and vendors
Assisting the sales team with follow-ups and client communication
Managing emails, calls, and data entry work
Supporting project and operational activities as required
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
Ability to manage office work independently
Experience in back office or sales support will be preferred
Candidate should be sincere, responsible, and willing to learn
