Job Title: Backend Executive & Client Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive candidate to manage backend operations, handle client communication through calls, and assist in site visits. The role requires coordination, communication skills, and basic fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Operations
Maintain and update client records, property details, and agreements
Prepare and manage documents (agreements, annexures, etc.)
Coordinate with internal team for smooth operations
Ensure proper filing and data management
2. Calling & Client Handling
Make outbound and receive inbound calls from clients
Explain property details, rental terms, and services
Follow up with clients for site visits, renewals, and documentation
Maintain good relationships with clients and resolve queries
3. Site Visits / Field Work
Accompany clients for property visits
Coordinate with owners/tenants during visits
Assist in closing deals by supporting client requirements
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Presentable and professional attitude
Ability to handle clients confidently
Preferred:
Experience in real estate / sales / customer handling
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
