Job Summary:
Devika Fibres Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage administrative and operational support activities. The role includes attendance management, MIS handling, software-related tasks, HR coordination, and reception responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor employee attendance records
Data entry and record maintenance in company software
Assist in software implementation and daily system updates
Prepare and manage MIS reports
Handle new employee joining and exit formalities
Manage reception duties, including calls and visitor coordination
Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in a back office or administrative role is an advantage
Experience:
1–2 years
