Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our HR, Payroll, and Compliance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling documentation, data management, report preparation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee databases and records.
Assist in payroll data preparation and attendance management.
Support statutory compliance documentation such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour law records.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS as required.
Handle data entry, document verification, and record management.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation and operational support.
Manage emails, correspondence, and administrative activities.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of company records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Human Resources, or any related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to learn HR, payroll, and compliance processes.
