Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare and maintain land-related documentation (Agreements, MoUs, Lease Deeds, etc.)
🔹 Coordinate with landowners for document collection and verification
🔹 Assist in revenue record checking (7/12, 8A, NA, etc.)
🔹 Support liaisoning team in obtaining approvals from local authorities
🔹 Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of land and project documents
🔹 Track application status with government departments
🔹 Prepare reports and update management on documentation progress
🔹 Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
