It involves administrative, operational, and support tasks that are crucial for a company's smooth functioning, but don't directly interact with customers. 

This role focuses on internal processes, data management, and record-keeping to support the front office and overall business operations. 

•  Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality and service
  Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
  

• Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
  

• Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication
  

• Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources
  

• Excellent knowledge in computer software usage – Microsoft word, excel and power point.

• 3-4 years in MIS field, knowledge of advanced excel formulas, Macros.

• Any graduate with strong academics from a reputed institute.

•  Advanced excel certification will be an added advantage.
   

Experience:

Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred, though not always required.
