💼 Main Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position will be to handle new customer enquiries and contacts received through different sources and follow up with them.

• Contact new customers/leads through WhatsApp & Phone Calls

• Follow up with new enquiries and existing customers

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information

• Maintain customer/contact details in Excel or company records

• Prepare and send quotations/details as required

• Regularly follow up with customers for enquiries and quotations

• Coordinate with the sales/office team

• Handle day-to-day back-office and data-entry work

• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

💻 Required Skills: Basic Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, WhatsApp & Good Communication Skills

💼 Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in calling, customer follow-up, back office or data entry will be an advantage.

🕐 Job Type: Full Time

📅 Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

💰 Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
