Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Back Office Executive who can efficiently manage MSME loan files and government subsidy applications. The role requires strong coordination with banks, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely processing, zero-error documentation, and faster disbursement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- MSME Loan file processing (Machinery Loan / Project Loan)

- Government subsidy application handling (Online + Offline)

- Documentation verification & compliance check

- CMA data coordination (basic understanding preferred)

- File tracking & follow-ups with banks and departments

- Client coordination for pending documents / updates

- Scanning, uploading, and maintaining file records

- Ensuring zero rejection & minimum delay in processing

- Daily reporting to management on case status

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge of MSME loan process

- Understanding of government subsidy schemes (preferred)

- MS Excel, Word & email drafting proficiency

- Document management & file structuring

Behavioral Skills:

- Strong follow-up mindset

- High accountability & ownership

- Attention to detail

- Good communication (Gujarati + Hindi + Basic English)

- Ability to handle pressure & deadlines

Experience Required:

- Minimum: 1–2 years in Loan / Finance / CA office / Back-office role

- Preferred: Experience in MSME loans, bank DSA, or subsidy work

Education Qualification:

- Graduate (B. Com / BBA preferred)

- Basic financial understanding is an added advantage

Gender Preference:

- Female Candidate Preferred (open to capable male candidates)

Age Criteria:

- 18 to 32 years

Salary Range:

- ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month
