Post: Back Office Executive – MSME Loan & Subsidy

Age:20 to 35 Years

Education:Minimum 12th Pass

B.Com / BBA / BA / BCA preferred

Experience:Fresher to 3 Years

MSME loan, subsidy, banking, finance, or back-office experience preferred

Freshers with good computer skills can apply (training provided)

Key Responsibilities (MSME Focused):

MSME loan & subsidy file preparation and documentation

Online & offline loan / subsidy application filing

Client KYC documents collection, verification & sequencing

Scanning, printing, stamping, and file compilation

File status tracking, pendency follow-up & MIS reporting

Coordination with banks, NBFCs & government departments

Email & WhatsApp professional communication with clients

Technical Skills:

MS Word, Excel, PDF handling

Data entry & documentation accuracy

Online form filling (bank / government portals)

Email drafting & basic MIS reporting

Personality & Soft Skills:

Responsible & disciplined

Detail-oriented with accuracy mindset

Willingness to learn MSME schemes & subsidy rules

Good coordination & follow-up skills

Professional attitude & team-oriented

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

(Salary depends on experience & skill level)

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
