Job Summary:

We are hiring a Back Office Executive for the Travel Industry who will be responsible for handling operational and coordination tasks. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing backend travel operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily back-office and operational activities.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

• Manage travel bookings, documentation, and itinerary support.

• Maintain records, invoices, and data entries.

• Assist in customer queries related to travel operations.

• Ensure smooth processing of travel-related documentation.

• Maintain MIS reports and operational data.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry.
