Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Description:

Bidya Waste Recycling Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with plant operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day monitoring and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update daily operational data and records accurately

• Regular follow-up with Plant Manager and Supervisors regarding assigned tasks

• Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any irregularities

• Track and update the status of ongoing tasks and activities

• Maintain reports, logs, and internal documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment

• Prior experience in back office or plant coordination will be an advantage

Working Hours:

9 AM - 6 PM

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
