Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Manage customer interactions and maintain positive relationships through calls, emails, and CRM software.
• Provide after-sales service support including query handling, complaint resolution, and feedback collection.
• Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system(sheets).
• Track customer service requests and ensure timely closures.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (technical/service/accounts).
Sales Coordination:
• Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, follow-ups, and coordination with production/logistics.
• Maintain sales records and monitor order progress.
• Coordinate dispatch, installation scheduling, and customer communication.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and customer correspondence.
