Job Title: Back Office Executive (Female Only)

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,500 per month

Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will handle data management, ERP entries, stock verification, and internal coordination to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Data entry and maintain records in the company system

• Update and manage entries in ERP software

• Maintain and update Excel sheets for operational and stock data

• Verify data accuracy before submission or reporting

• Handle inward and outward material verification

• Conduct material stock verification and maintain records

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain proper documentation and organized filing of records

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)

• Basic understanding of ERP software

• Strong data verification and record management skills

• Good communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work systematically

Qualifications

• Graduate or relevant qualification preferred

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Sunday Off
