Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily back-office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update records, reports, and order-related data.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and other internal teams.
Prepare quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and other documents.
Manage emails, customer queries, and follow-ups when required.
Track orders, shipments, returns, and delivery status.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the system.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Support the team with daily reports and other operational activities.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Prior experience in back-office, operations, or order processing will be an advantage.
