Job Title: Back Office Executive

Company: Ambika Enterprises

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Ambika Enterprises. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand)

Shift Timings (Any One):

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily data records accurately
Prepare bills and manage billing entries
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
Take follow-ups with clients/customers
Make required calls and coordinate with clients
Verify information and resolve discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation (digital & physical)
Assist in smooth office operations

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0–1 year (Fresher can apply)
Basic knowledge of computer (MS Excel/Word preferred)
Good communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work responsibly
